Service discounts apply to eligible live animal purchases only and are calculated before shipping, insurance, payment-processing fees, export/import costs, and any optional services. Discounts may not be stacked with other discounts, auctions, payment plans, wholesale pricing, breeder loans, trades, or special negotiated offers unless HD Reptiles approves otherwise in writing.

Proof of eligibility is required. Acceptable proof may include a current service ID, department ID, agency email, official employment verification, membership card, certification, DD-214 with sensitive information redacted, or other reasonable documentation showing eligible status.

For online purchases, the discount may be applied before checkout or invoicing. Verification must be provided within 10 business days if requested. If verification is not provided, HD Reptiles may remove the discount, revise the invoice, or charge the remaining balance before shipment or transfer of ownership.
